Why can't a process file be opened?

The change of the media file's path is prohibited after you have save a process file for it.

Why can't you locate the playback position of some asf file?

There is nothing wrong with Audio Replayer. Some asf files are created with the false seekable marker.You should repair them with Ms asftools (click here to download) ,before before you open it with this software.

How much available disk space does this software need?

This software need little space in most Circumstances, except it samples a media file.You may need more space while you samples a bigger media file.In most instance, the space need for sampling is less than 100M bytes.

Note:The occupied space in sampling will be released after the sampling is over.

Why can't I switch wavegraph between the left and right channels?ĄĄ

If a media file have been opened through the left channel, you can hear the right channel's voice by hit the right channel button. If you want to change the display of wavegraph, you have to open the media file again through the another channel.

How to open a asf or wmv file?ĄĄ

You may goto "Media File->Open Other Format" menu, select "Open Other Format" to open a asf or wmv file. If the file can't be opened, please follow the steps 1-2 to solve it:
